An extremely competitive ten-race card is slated for the opening day of the Mahalaxmi racing season 2009, and caution should be the watchword as most horses have just recovered from a bout of the dreaded Equine Influenza (EI).
While Aurora Aurealis and Feet Of Flames are my choices for the two divisions of the feature race, Sir Charles Forbes Trophy, I single out Polariser as the value-for-money bet of the ten-race card.
