India women's team cricket captain Mithali Raj is stunned by how even children were not spared and the Karni Sena goons attacked GD Goenka's school bus in Gurugram, New Delhi.

Reacting to the incident, TV journalist Barkha Dutt tweeted, "Total abdication by state govts and cowardly silence the by opposition while these horrible thugs hold our children to ransom #Padmaavat."

To which, Mithali Raj replied, "This cannot be allowed to happen. This is disturbingly terrifying to say the least."
