Ben Stokes took six wickets as West Indies were dismissed for just 123 after winning the toss on the first day of the third Test against England at Lord's yesterday. All-rounder Stokes' figures of six for 22 were his best in his 39-Test career, surpassing his six for 36 against Australia at Trent Bridge in 2015.
His haul included an excellent slip catch by James Anderson to dismiss Kemar Roach for a duck. Anderson's return of two for 31 left him just one wicket shy of becoming the first England bowler and only sixth overall to take 500 in Tests. This three-match series is level at 1-1.
