"We are taking help from a legendary cricketer. He has been helping us to know how these players cheated their team. He doesn't want to come into the limelight," Delhi Police special commissioner (special cell) SN Srivastava said yesterday.u00a0
Delhi Police slapped the MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act) against the Royals trio for their alleged involvement in spot fixing in IPL-VI.
The Delhi police sought help from the former cricketer after Sreesanth's lawyer Pinki Mishra argued the case on technicalities of the game during a hearing in Saket court on Friday.
Srivastava doesn't want to leave any stone unturned. "This is a very different case, but our investigation is very professional. It will not be easy to challenge our preparation in the court as we have covered all aspects," he said.u00a0
