Krunal Pandya set to tie the knot with girlfriend Pankhuri Sharma in December

Hardik Pandya is busy with the Indian cricket team on the field, whereas his brother Krunal, has decided to begin a new innings in his life - marriage! Krunal Pandya has decided to tie the knot with his girlfriend Pankhuri Sharma in Mumbai in December 2017. Krunal Pandya and Pankhuri Sharma have been dating for over one and a half years. Krunal Pandya has been a huge hit in the Indian Premier League under the Mumbai Indians' franchise but has yet to find his form in international cricket.

Speaking to TOI about his marriage, Krunal Pandya said, 'We will marry in a ceremony attended by family members and close relatives. On the same evening, a reception will be organized. I am very happy that I am marrying a girl who is more like a friend and understands me.'

Krunal Pandya also went on to reveal how he met his girlfriend Pankhuri Sharma, 'She is a friend of my friend. We met at a common gathering two years ago and developed a liking for each other. We both are of same age and get along a lot. What I like about her is her simplicity and supportive nature.'

On the professional front, Krunal Pandya has been off the circuit due to injuries.
