With heavy rain showing no signs of relenting, the seventh India-Australia one day cricket match is unlikely to go ahead on Wednesday.
The match officials would inspect the conditions at the D Y Patil stadium and take a final call at 1700 hrs, which is the cut-off time.
The square and the surrounding areas have been put under cover and the wet field is soggy.
