Just two wins in eight games notwithstanding, defending champions Mumbai Indians' batsman Ambati Rayudu believes the team has a chance to make the semi-finals if it raises its performance by a few notches. Rohit Sharma's side meet Sunrisers Hyderabad in the latter's den this evening.

"We have to win most of our away games as well. If we just play the way we are playing and just step it up a little bit, I think we should be okay," Rayudu said after his team's loss to Chennai Super Kings on Saturday.

Two-time IPL winners Chennai Super Kings also snapped the defending champions' ten-match winning spree at the Wankhede Stadium and when asked what went wrong, Rayudu said, "If I analyse it, maybe a few decisions here and there might have been tough."

Impressive record
Meanwhile, Sunrisers have an impressive track record on home ground after they made their entry into the IPL last year. The Hyderabad side is already among the top four having won four out of the eight matches it played so far.

They are fresh and buoyed by the victories against Delhi Daredevils in the rain-hit match in Delhi on Saturday and the earlier game against Rajasthan Royals, though inconsistent batting appears to be a cause for concern to the team.

The bowling attack comprising the dangerous Dale Steyn, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Karn Sharma, Amit Mishra, Ishant Sharma, Moises Henriques and Irfan Pathan, however, has been reliable . The key batsmen need to come up with some destructive knocks.
