England under-19 skipper Matthew Fisher will look to emulate England senior team captain Eoin Morgan's plan to overcome India in the five-match one-day series starting at the Wankhede Stadium today. On the eve of the first one-day, Fisher said that his team extract motivation from the senior team.

"They (England senior team) have reached a different level after the debacle versus Australia in the 2015 World Cup. Eoin Morgan has played a huge part in this turnaround with his leadership and hopefully I can do something similar out here. We would try and replicate what Morgan is doing with the senior team in the whole series," Fisher said while addressing the media yesterday.

Though Fisher admitted that the series would be a tough one, he said that they are ready for the challenges ahead. The India U-19 team has Mumbai's star batsman Prithvi Shaw in their line-up.

"We are not here to just develop and learn, we are here to win. We are going to compete to the best of our ability. We know it's going to be tough, but we are going to back ourselves to give more than 100 per cent on the field," he said.

"We have been watching a lot of videos of the current Indian players and we know that they are a very competitive side, but the same with us too. We are looking forward to a good series," Fisher added.
