In a scathing status report, the Committee of Administrators (CoA) has described N Srinivasan and Niranjan Shah as "disqualified office bearers with vested Interest", who are trying to stall implementation of Lodha reforms.
It is fourth status report that has been submitted to the Supreme Court by the CoA. The next hearing is on July 14. The report praised acting secretary Amitabh Chaudhary for working towards implementation of reforms but accused treasurer Aniruddh Chaudhry - a Srinivasan loyalist - of being a "mute spectator".
