The Virat Kohli-led India senior team and Prithvi Shaw's India U-19 squad took the same flight with similar goals, but for different destinations. Kohli's target is to win India's first ever Test series in South Africa while Prithvi's team aim to duplicate in New Zealand what Kohli and his team did in 2008 - winning the U-19 World Cup in Malaysia.

Kohli spent around half an hour with the U-19 World Cup- bound Indian colts yesterday, sharing his experiences of triumphing in the World Cup 10 years ago and offering them tips on how to counter challenges in New Zealand. "In 2008, our only aim was to win the World Cup. Our team bonding on and off the field was tremendous. We enjoyed each and every game throughout the tournament. "I also want you to think about playing as a team and not individually. Take this as an opportunity to showcase yourself to the world," Kohli is believed to have told the colts yesterday, according to a source.

A few U-19 players asked Kohli about handling pressure and tips on chasing big targets. He is believed to have said: "While chasing a big target, every one should bat with a positive approach and tell yourself that you will chase this target and not leave the job for the remaining batsmen. "If everybody thinks on these lines, it is possible to chase big targets."
