Sachin Tendulkar tweeted an image from his vacation that celebrated his love for India, but some trolls thought it was the perfect opportunity to target the cricket legend
Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar is on vacation and has been sharing images from his trip with his fans on social media regularly.
On Thursday, the 43-year-old shared another exotic picture from his travelogue. This one will surely inspire the patriot in you.
The Master Blaster took a selfie with the background of island inlet of water which appeared to resemble the Indian peninsula.
Sachin posted on Twitter, "During my drive on the island inlet of water appeared like the map of India. Saare jahan se achcha Hindustan hamara!"
These were the same words that Indian astronaut Rakesh Sharma had used in 1984 to describe the country from space to then-Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
While this got a lot of positive response from the Twitterati, there were some who thought that it was the perfect chance to troll the legend and get their 15 seconds of fame.
There were of course several who appreciated Sachin's point of view.
