SCO Summit: There should be no double standards on terrorism, says PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 4 virtually addressed the SCO Summit of the heads of the states. Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif, Chinese Prez Xi Jinping, Russian Prez Vladimir Putin attended the Summit. During his opening remarks, PM Modi launched a sharp attack on Pakistan for cross-border terrorism. PM Modi said, “Terrorism is a threat to regional, global peace and will fight against terrorism”. Earlier also, PM Modi during his State visit to the US emphasised the need to combat terrorism and extremism.
