Indian students in Ukraine’s Sumy are now struggling with basic supplies. In an exclusive interaction with Mid-day, Vishad Patel, a 22 year old fifth-year medical student at Sumy University, explains about the worsening situation and challenging circumstances of Indian students who are stranded in Sumy. Vishad also revealed how students are risking their lives to find drinking water, melting snow in plastic containers to make water for daily use and how education agents are helping them. He also explained why students wanted to stay back after the initial government advisory.
