India responded quickly after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau`s allegation of killing Khalistani terrorist Nijjar. India finally expelled senior Canadian Diplomat after the Canadian High Commissioner was summoned by MEA. New Delhi hits back after the Canadian Govt expelled top Indian diplomat over allegedly killing of Khalistani terrorist. Canadian PM alleged that there was India’s involvement in the killing of Nijjar who died in June 2023. Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly also said that allegations proven true would be a “grave violation of Canada’s sovereignty”. India has outrightly rejected the Canadian government’s claim and said that the “allegations are absurd and motivated”.
