On her transformation from being a nurse to becoming a bikini pro model, Lauren, on her website, revealed that after completing the Paleo Challenge and seeing what she was capable of by committing to a vision, she took it to the next level. Lauren went on to participate in the WBFF Bikini competition and since then there has been no turning back.

In one of her interviews, Lauren Drain revealed that she was overworked, overstressed, fatigued and unhappy with the way she looked. After helping patients, she realised that it had a harmful effect on her overall health and well being. It was here when Lauren decided to be a healthy, fit, strong, confident woman.

In her first bodybuilding competition, Lauren Drain was placed 9th out of more than 30 competitors. In the second competition, Lauren was placed 3rd in the Bikini class and 5th in Fitness category of the competition. Within a span of one year of her making her bodybuilding debut, Lauren earned her WBFF Pro Card.

Lauren Drain is a perfect example of beauty with brains. Lauren has a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and is also a certified trainer from NASM.
