Britain's first set of sextuplets in almost a quarter of a century have just been born -- four girls and two boys.
The six precious tots have beaten incredible odds of 4.5 million to one to survive.
A mammoth team of medics and nurses delivered them by Caesarean section 14 weeks early at the renowned John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
Their mother (31) from Oxfordshire is overjoyed and is making a good recovery in the same hospital.
Each of her babies is being cared for in the Radcliffe Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The infants were tiny at birth, with their weights ranging from just 1.3 to 2 lbs.
