Hollywood star Patrick Swayze, who died of pancreatic cancer, will be cremated on Friday.
The 'Dirty Dancing' actor died on Monday here after his 20-month-long battle with the disease and his ashes will be spread across his ranch in New Mexico which he said was his favourite place in the world, Radaronline reported.
Swayze's Rancho de Dias Alegres, which translates as Ranch of Happy Days, was turned into a wildlife reserve and timber farm by the actor, who would often fly there in his own plane.
The actor went public with the disease in early 2008 and repeatedly denied reports that he was close to death after learning the cancer had spread to his liver.
