A Sauyra Airlines plane crashed at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu. The plane burst into flames after it skidded off the runway within minutes of taking off. The impact of the crash caused a significant fire, sending a large plume of smoke into the air. Over 18 people out of 19 onboard died on the spot in the tragic Nepal plane crash. The passengers, comprising crew and technical staff, were on board the Pokhara-bound Saurya Airlines plane when it caught on fire.
