Massive protests erupt in J&K over Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah's killing by IDF

Hezbollah`s confirmation of Hassan Nasrallah`s death represents a significant setback for the Lebanese militant group. The Israeli military reported that airstrikes targeted Hezbollah`s central headquarters in the southern suburbs of Beirut just a day before the announcement. In India, outrage over Nasrallah`s alleged killing has sparked protests, notably in Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir, where a large crowd, including many women, rallied in support of Hezbollah and Palestine on September 28. PDP leader Mehbooba Mufti expressed her solidarity by canceling her election campaign in honor of the "martyrs of Lebanon." Meanwhile, Shian Aga Syed Hassan Mosavi, president of J&K’s Anjuman-e-Sharie, emphasized that their mourning would never be sufficient.
