LS Ethics committee members call out Mahua Moitra’s outburst, Reveal what happened during hearing

A day after TMC MP Mahua Moitra appeared before the Lok Sabha Ethics Committee over cash-for-query cash, the committee chairman and members revealed on November 3 what happened during the hearing. All the committee members alleged that the TMC MP went beyond the level of decency and used filthy language. After the hearing, Mahua Moitra said that opposition members raised questions over the line of questioning and asked “personal questions.” Moitra is facing `Cash for Query` charges made by Dubey, who alleged that the Trinamool MP had taken bribes from Dubai-based businessman Hiranandani to raise questions in Parliament to target the Adani Group.
