IMD declares monsoon onset in Kerala, Cyclone Biparjoy to intensify

IMD has declared southwest monsoon onset in Kerala. Meanwhile, Cyclone ‘Biparjoy’ is set to intensify in the next 24 hours. On June 08, IMD predicted that the cyclone will move nearly North-Northwestwards for 3 days. IMD also predicted that very rough to high sea condition is likely to prevail over the adjoining areas of the south Arabian sea.
