Doda encounter: Late Captain Brijesh Thapa's family mourns loss - Watch Video

A massive clash erupted between security forces and terrorists in Doda on 15th July. The Doda encounter killed 4 soldiers including an officer Captain Brijesh Thapa. After the terror attack in J&K’s Doda, the family of Late Captain Brijesh Thapa spoke to ANI. His parents, deeply saddened, expressed pride in his sacrifice for the country. Brijesh’s father, a Colonel himself, recalled how his son always wanted to join the Army, despite his engineering background. His mother shared their immense loss, describing Brijesh as a noble soul who never complained. The family awaits his body to return home to Darjeeling. They hope for government action against militants to prevent further tragedies, mourning their irreplaceable loss forever.
