On the occasion of Diwali 2024, UK PM Keir Starmer wished Rishi Sunak and everyone celebrating in the UK and around the world a joyful Diwali. The duo’s banter evoked laughter in the parliament and as the UK PM said , “Judging by the speed with which his party goes through leaders, he may be back here before too long, but in the meantime I`m sure he`ll be a great champion for the people of Richmond.”
