Implementation of Citizenship Amendment Act triggered a wave of celebration among the refugees living in Majnu Ka Tila area of Delhi. Celebrations erupted in the Majnu ka Tilla area as the Centre announced to notify CAA’s rules. The refugees played with colours and distributed sweets to celebrate centre’s move to announce the rules that come into force with immediate effect.
