Article 370 Verdict: Amit Shah lashes out at the Opposition over their stance on Article 370

Marking another day in the history of J&K, the Supreme Court on Dec 11 upheld the abrogation of Article 370. The SC’s Constitution Bench unanimously upheld the abrogation of Article 370 which gave special status to J&K. A 5-judge bench led by CJI DY Chandrachud pronounced the Article 370 verdict and called Article 370 “Temporary Provision”. Home Minister Amit Shah welcomed the SC’s verdict. Amid the decision Home Minister Amit Shah lashed out at the Opposition over their stance over the article. He further advised Oppostion to take SC’s verdict as lesson and asked them to improve.
