VK Singh's dog remark: Delhi Police asked to submit ATR by Nov 16

A Delhi Court directed the police to submit an action taken report on a complaint seeking FIR against Minister of State for External Affairs, General (Retd.) VK Singh over his remark on the Ballabhgarh incident.
