BSP president Mayawati accused the BJP of supporting capitalists and wealthy individuals by accepting financial assistance through electoral bonds.

Mayawati dismissed BJP's electoral promises, stating that people have realised the lack of fulfilment in the ruling party's commitments.

Mayawati further added that the BJP will not easily be elected to power if the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) are not tampered with and free and fair elections are conducted.

Speaking at an election rally in Nagpur in support of BSP candidates in Maharashtra's Vidarbha region, Mayawati criticised BJP's policies, particularly its alleged focus on serving capitalists and promoting divisive ideologies.

Mayawati accused the BJP of prioritising the interests of capitalists and wealthy individuals, citing data on electoral bonds as evidence of financial support received by political parties

Drawing parallels with past Congress regimes, Mayawati alleged the BJP-led government has politicised the central investigative agencies like ED.

Mayawati highlighted the plight of marginalised communities under BJP's governance and said that the party has neglected farmers, Dalits, tribals, backward communities, Muslims, and other minorities and failed to fill reserved government posts.

Mayawati urged voters to prevent the BJP-led NDA and the INDIA alliance from coming to power, advising them to scrutinise political propaganda and focus on issues affecting marginalised sections, while condemning historical neglect by the Congress towards social reformers like Babasaheb Ambedkar and BSP founder Kanshi Ram.
