In a post on X, ISRO said, "Reason for the launch hold is identified and corrected. The launch is planned at 10:00 Hrs today."

The payloads later splashed into the sea as planned, a development that witnessed jubilation

The Flight Test Vehicle Abort mission serves as a demonstration of the Crew Escape System's performance within the framework of the Gaganyaan mission. It will also evaluate the secure landing procedures in the Bay of Bengal following the rocket launch

The mission objectives of the TV-D1 launch includes flight demonstration and evaluation of Test Vehicle subsystems; flight demonstration and evaluation of Crew Escape System including various separation systems; crew module characteristics
