Four years ago, on 14 February 2019, a convoy of 78 vehicles carrying more than 2500 Indian security personnel from Jammu to Srinagar on National Highway 44 was attacked by vehicle-borne suicide bomber in Pulwama district’s Lethapora. This left 40 Indian CRPF personnel being killed and many others injured. Commoners, political leaders and activists remember and pay tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives amid the attack.
