From Punjab to Bangladesh: Here's how people celebrated Baisakhi around the world

Various parts of India and the world celebrated Baisakhi with much fanfare on April 14 and April 15. Here are some moments from the celebration

Restaurants across Kolkata came up with Poila Baishak special menu that included traditional delicacies, straight out of grandmothers' kitchens like 'Lal Shaag Bhaja' and 'Chittagong Kasha Mangsho'

Thousands of Indian Sikh pilgrims travelled to Pakistan for Baisakhi's celebrations, the Sikh New Year at the Sikh Shrine of Gurudwara Panja Sahib and Nankana Sahib, the birthplace of Sikh founder Guru Nanak Dev.
