Harnaaz Sandhu on Monday became the third woman from India to win the Miss Universe pageant. A video has gone viral on Twitter which shows the 21-year-old âmeowing' on stage when asked by host Steve Harvey to mimic an animal. Netizens believe that the âmeow' made the Chandigarh girl âclaw' her way to the pageant title.
On earning her spot in the semi-final, Harvey asked Sandhu about her hobby - mimicking animals. He then requested her to do one such impersonation. Harnaaz admitted that she couldn't believe she was going to mimic an animal on a world stage. As she loves cats, she gave her best impersonation that earned roaring applause from the audience.
