Muzaffarnagar: Controversial rightwing leader Sadhvi Prachi has termed Shah Rukh Khan a "Pakistani agent", who should be sent to that country, a day after the Bollywood superstar added his voice to the protest against "extreme intolerance" in the country.
"Shah Rukh Khan is an agent of neighbouring coutry Pakistan as he reflects their (Pakistan's) ideology. Such a
man should go to Pakistan," she said while talking to reporters in the court complex here.
Not new to controversies, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader had earlier targeted actors Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan in March this year for "spreading a culture of violence" and advised youngsters not to idolise the Bollywood triumvirate.
Prachi, an accused in the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots, also attended a BJP protest against alleged irregularities in counting of votes for district panchayat polls even as a Muzaffarnagar court issued a fresh bailable warrant against her for not appearing before it.
Earlier, a bailable warrant was issued on October 23 against several accused in the Muzaffarnagar riots case including Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan, BJP MLA Suresh Rana and Sadhvi Prachi.
