The Pune Police have apprehended two suspects wanted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for alleged involvement in terror-related activities, officials told news agency PTI on Wednesday.
Both of them were carrying a bounty of Rs 5 lakh each, officials told PTI.
After being apprehended on Tuesday, the two were interrogated jointly by the Pune police and Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) officials.
According to the police, three suspects were caught by a police patrolling team while stealing a motorbike in Kothrud area of Maharashtra's Pune city in the wee hours of Tuesday. While their checking was on, one of the suspects managed to run away, reported PTI.

The two others apprehended have been identified as Imran Khan and Md Yunus Saki, they said.
Commissioner of Police Retesh Kumarr said during the investigation, it was revealed both of them were wanted by the NIA.
"During the search, one live cartridge, four mobile phones and a laptop were seized from their house," Retesh Kumarr told PTI.
They were being probed for terror-related activities, police sources told PTI.
Meanwhile, two persons including a suspected agent and recruiter of Pakistan's spy agency Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) have been arrested here in a joint operation by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad and its Uttar Pradesh counterpart, an official told PTI.
Acting on specific intelligence, the Juhu unit of the ATS along with an Uttar Pradesh ATS team raided a place in Jogeshwari area of Mumbai on Sunday and apprehended the duo, the official told PTI.
The accused were identified as Arman Sayyad (62) and Mohammed Salman Siddhiqui (24).
Sayyad, an alleged ISI agent, had recruited Mohammed Salman and both allegedly helped another suspected ISI agent Mohamad Raees, the official said.
Raees, a native of Gonda, was arrested by the UP ATS for allegedly supplying information about Indian military establishments to his handlers in Pakistan. The arrests in Jogeshwari area followed his arrest.
Sayyad and Siddhiqui were handed over to the UP ATS officials on Monday after producing them before a local court, the official said.
