During an electoral rally in Motihari, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath accused Congress and the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) of seeking to impose "Taliban rule" in India. He made these remarks in support of Radha Mohan Singh, the BJP contender for the East Champaran Lok Sabha constituency.

Adityanath claimed that such a system will deprive daughters of education, restrict women's access to markets, and force them to wear burqas. He further said that the INDI alliance's manifesto contained a provision permitting Muslims to consume beef, which would enrage Hindus who revere the cow, reported ANI.

"Under such a regime, daughters would be deprived of education, women would be restricted from going to markets, and they would be forced to wear burqas," said CM Yogi.

"The INDI alliance's manifesto includes a provision for granting Muslims the freedom to choose their food and drink, implying that it seeks to allow Muslims to consume beef. This would provoke anger among Hindus, who revere the cow as a sacred entity," he added.

According to the ANI report, the Chief Minister encouraged the public to reject the Congress and RJD, asking whether they would allow cow slaughter. He also condemned the "inheritance tax" planned by Congress, comparing it to the repressive "Jizya tax" of the past.

Adityanath said that the "Modi wave" had transformed into a statewide movement, with people clamouring for "Modi government once again" and striving for "400 seats" in the polls. He claimed that the RJD and Congress are concerned about this slogan because they are not contesting 400 seats together, the report added.

"The Modi wave has transformed into a nationwide tsunami, with a unified call for "Fir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar" (Modi government once again) and "Abki Baar 400 Paar" (This time, crossing 400 seats)," CM Yogi said.

"The RJD and Congress feel uneasy when they hear the slogan "Abki Baar 400 Paar," as they are not contesting 400 seats together," he added.

He continued by saying that people all around the country desire a devotee of Lord Ram to rule in Delhi, underlining, "We will bring those who brought Ram." Adityanath also condemned the past Congress and RJD governments for encouraging hooliganism, looting, and violence, while praising Modi's leadership for eliminating terrorists, the report further stated.
