A farmer from Karnataka's Tumakuru district was humiliated and turned down by the staff at a Mahindra car showroom when he went to buy a Bolero pick-up truck. The farmer alleged that the staff made a taunt at him saying "the car is worth ₹ 10 lakh, and you probably don't even have ₹ 10 in your pocket".

The agitated farmer took it as a challenge and returned with the cash in an hour. Later, the salesman apologised, reported NDTV.
