A Twitter user first posted a picture of his daughter who was dressed up as the BJP leader Sushma Swaraj as a part of fancy dress competition. Swaraj was so thrilled that she responded appreciating the little girl's jacket.
Swaraj also went one step ahead and met the child.
This spawned the rise of mini 'Sushama Swaraj' pictures.
