It so happened that Faizan Patel, a Twitter user, on Monday tweeted his picture with a placard of his wife's photo stating how he is travelling without his wife.
Five days back, he had also posted a picture about him travelling to Italy without his wife.
To which Swaraj replied
Overwhelmed, he thanked the minister.
