A woman in a village in the jungle of Chhattisgarh recently delivered a baby with the help of âmotorcycle ambulance'. In this remote village, it is not possible for four-wheelers to reach. Even, the nearest hospital is a quite a few miles away.
Thankfully for the woman, help arrived courtesy the âmotorcycle ambulance' in the nick of time, and she was able to deliver a baby.
The motorcycle ambulance initiative by NGO Saathi is jointly supported by the Chhattisgarh Health Department and UNICEF.
