In a shocking video from Pune, some bakery workers were forced to do sit-ups, after they could not meet the demand for donations for the upcoming Ganesha festival.

The workers were punished by three owners as well as some members of a Ganapati mandal, after they gave Rs 51 as contribution while they were asked for Rs 101.

The incident allegedly happened in Bhosari area on Independence Day, and the video clip of the same has gone viral, in which four to five men are seen being forced to do sit-ups.

According to media reports, some members of the Ganapati mandal on Alandi Road, had gone to the bakery and demanded the amount of Rs 151 from the workers.
