The fire brigade team, on Friday morning rescued a 35-year-old truck driver, who lost control of his truck and accidentally fell into a 35-feet quarry near Vadgaon-Warje flyover.
According to Sinhagad police, ''the truck driver was heading to Vadgaon-Warje via Banglore highway when he lost control of his vehicle and fell. The driver's leg was stuck under the vehicle because of which he could not move out. He was rescued with the help of rescue van within 20 minutes and was rushed to the hospital. He is now out of danger.''
