Three jawans of the Indian Army were injured on January 9, 2018, during a practice drill for the Army Day in New Delhi on January 15.
The incident occurred due to helicopter boom malfunction. The incident took place when the jawans descended from a helicopter with a rope which snapped - plummeting the jawans to the ground, as reported by Zee News.
An official from the Indian Army said that all the 3 jawans are safe and further investigation is underway.
