One the cases, a software engineer and his brother had admitted themselves after they suspected they were showing symptoms of the virus.

The engineer had just arrived from the states.

Following the confirmation, other passengers were also tested.

Of the infected, five had arrived from America, one from Austria and another New Mexico, Prakash said.

The race of now on to identify all the people the infected have been in touch with the last 48 hours, the incubation period of the virus before the symptoms are seen.
