As the winter chill is setting in, dense fog claimed its first victims on Wednesday when three people were killed and seven others injured in Greater Noida.

One person was killed in a pile-up accident involving seven vehicles on Greater Noida expressway. According to the police, speeding Sumo car driver suddenly applied brake and all the six vehicles coming from behind rammed the car.
The vehicles crashed one behind the other on the Greater Noida Expressway because of low visibility caused by dense fog.
The vehicles were travelling at high speed and suffered major damages. All the injured were rushed to the hospital, where one Jagpal succumbed to his injuries.
In another accident at Greater Noida, two people were killed when a dumper collided with a car. The two passengers in the Indica car, including the driver died on the spot.
