RRB NTPC exam 2016: Answer keys released on August 12

It has been almost two months since the completion of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) examination.

Well, the wait is almost over now. The question papers, answer keys and candidates' response for NTPC examination 2016 of the RRB was released on Friday at 12am.

The RRB had issued a notification in this regards on Tuesday, which said that candidates could raise their objections, if any, by visiting the websites of RRBs by 11.59pm on August 19. It added that the board would consider and evaluate the objections raised by the candidates, if any, before the declaration of results.

The objection tracker was also released on August 12 and the last date to file for evaluation is August 19.

The results, of the examination has been conducted by Indian Railways, will released only after the evaluation of the candidates' queries.

The online written exams was held at 400 centres across the country between March-May 2016 to fill 18,252 vacant posts in both various technical and non-technical sections. About 92 lakh aspirants applied for the exam and about 56 lakh appeared.

After the declaration of RRB NTPC Result 2016, the board will then schedule fresh dates to conduct skill tests, aptitude tests and document verification. The recruitment method varies for different posts i.e., for Junior Accounts Assistant, Senior Clerk and Senior Time Keeper the RRB will conduct typing skill test. Aptitude test will be conducted for Assistant Station Master and Traffic Assistant posts.

The typing test will require candidates to type at least 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Hindi. After the typing test and aptitude test, the last step to finalize the candidate will be document verification. The document verification requires presentation of all the necessary original documents like: birth certificate, mark sheet, id proof etc., to the panel.

How To Check RRB NTPC 2016 Answer Keys

1. Visit the official RRB website.
2. Click on the option 'News & Recruitment'.
3. Choose the city of your recruitment venue and click on it.
4. Provide necessary details on the new page that appears.
5. If you have any objections, then click on 'Answer Key' 2016 option.
6. Enter your Enrollment No., User ID, Password, Security Key, Date of Birth, etc.
7. Then you have to click on the submit button and check answers in a new page.
8. Select your exam date and choose the appropriate answer key.
9. Download it in a Word format.
