Murali took home the trophy and prize money of Rs 3 lakh. Rajendra M of Tamil Nadu, winner in his weight group at the World Body Building Championships in Hungary recently, was first runner-up and awarded Rs 2 lakh, while second runner-up Bobby Singh of Indian Railways took home Rs 1 lakh.
Sanjeev Jha from Delhi won the title of âBest Poser' taking home Rs 50,000. Prize money and medals were awarded to the top 10 bodybuilders. Four bodybuilders from Maharashtra finished amongst the top 10.
Yesterday, Dr Ankur Sharma conducted an anti doping test seminar at Goregaon. This event was held by Talwalkars Better Value and the Maharashtra Body Building Association, under the aegis of the Indian Body Builders Federation (IBBF).
