New Delhi: Over 4,000 resident doctors in Maharashtra, demanding certain amenities from the government, have continued with their strike for a second day.
According to reports, the government has agreed to fulfill most of their demands.
Most hospitals in Mumbai, including the state run JJ, Nair, Sion and KEM have reportedly deployed senior doctors to handle the situation, while lecturers and other doctors have been asked to work extra hours so that patients do not face inconvenience.
