A 25-year-old labourer was electrocuted when he came in contact with live wire at Narsingh village in Muzaffarnagar, police said on Tuesday
Muzaffarnagar: A 25-year-old labourer was electrocuted when he came in contact with live wire at Narsingh village in Muzaffarnagar, police said on Tuesday.
The incident occurred last evening when the victim, identified as Zahoor, was working in a newly constructed building, police said.
The body has been sent for post-mortem, they said.
In a separate incident, 30-year-old labourer Kuldeep was electrocuted on Monday when he came in contact with high tension wire at Bhensi village, police said.
Kuldeep was putting up a hoarding when it came in contact with the high tension wire, they said, adding he died on the spot.
