The performance, at Miamiu2019s Hard Rock Stadium, was a high- energy celebration of culture and abs, as both women showcased soaring vocals and thunderous dance routines.
Shakira opened in a glittering ensemble, getting the crowd of 65,000 on their feet with u201c She Wolfu201d and u201c Wherever, Wheneveru201d. She was then joined by Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny for a few lines of u201c I Like Itu201d before segueing into her iconic hit, u201c Hips Donu2019t Lieu201d. The stage then cleared as Jennifer Lopez appeared atop a miniature Empire State Building, a nod to her New York roots. After a few bars of u201c Jenny From the Block,u201d Jenny herself took the crowd through a medley of u201c Love Donu2019t Cost A Thingu201d, u201c Get Rightu201d and u201c On the Flooru201d, her transitions as fast and sharp as her dance moves.
