International Day of Happiness: Twitterati spread cheer on social media

March 20 is celebrated as International Day of Happiness. On a happy ocassion, Twitterati took to the socialnetworking site to spread cheer. Since 2013, the United Nations has celebrated the International Day of Happiness as a way to recognise the importance of happiness in the lives of people around the world.
