State housing minister Sachin Ahir inaugurated it in the morning along with the chairman of MHADA's repair board Prasad Lad at BKC. The exhibition is one of the biggest in the last six months, with over 35 builders displaying over 100 projects.
Hundreds of people visited the exhibition on the first day itself. The best part of the exhibition is the free entrance and also the showcasing of affordable flats and plots for everyone. There are flats ranging from Rs 5 lakh to crores of rupees.
Ahir said, "The exhibition is good and the response is also good. However, I would suggest the inclusion of talks on various housing issues with a discussion by a panel of experts from the housing sector." The exhibition is open till Sunday evening and builders from across the city are present to answer the common man's questions.
